We present the winners of the 41th █████ ██████ ████ ████████ that takes place from December 25th until January 7th 2016.

Editor’s Note:
As a result of the scandal surrounding the film festival where “Honor Thy Father” was wrongly disqualified from the “Best Picture Category” and the decision from the organizers to pullout movies (Honor Thy Father and Nilalang) from cinemas without previous notification and proper justification we decided show our full support to Erik Matti director of Honor Thy Father and Pedring Lopez director of Nilalang. Also we would like to mention that this film festival will be excluded from the “50 Asian Film Festivals” list the blog follows. Film Focus understand that the organizers of this festival not only disrespect the directors, actors, producers and all the people who work in Honor Thy Father and Nalalang but also (and most important) shows a lack of interest and respect towards the audience in general who were waiting to see these movies.
